Print Labels & More
In addition to the books themselves, you’ll need a few items to go with (and into) your package — and we’ve prepared them all for you.
To use Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files, you’ll have to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader — free software for viewing and printing PDF files on all major hardware and operating system platforms. To download Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here.
Every book you send must have an Operation Paperback cover label on the front. Our labels fit onto Avery 8460 or 5160 labels, which are broadly available. To print labels, click below for:

Please enclose a note before you seal your package of books. If you don't feel like writing your own, please enclose a copy of our standard letter. To print the letter, click below for:

Ship your package with your own address, but put Operation Paperback under your name so people know your package is part of our organization's efforts. Make sure that the shipping label you use is large and easy to read. You can use our template to begin, and customize it with the shipping address you’ll be using (remember – you must contact us for current shipping addresses).
